Vale do Lobo Royal Course

The Vale do Lobo Royal Golf Course is a dramatic cliff top course situated by the Atlantic Ocean its features include the almost island green of the Par three, 9th and the famous 16th, with cliff-top carryover – one of the most celebrated golfing images in the world. While the undulating terrain filled with lakes and bordered by wild flowers offers a breathtaking landscape and a variety of challenges right up to the 18th hole.

Quinta do Lago South Course

This championship golf course offers an exciting and challenging round of golf on the sandy, flower covered terrain, typical of Portugal’s southern shoreline it provides an ideal landscape for this popular course where clumps of trees and challenging winds can be the biggest hazards. Although the course is suitable for all levels of player design favours long hitters and calls for skill and accuracy at a number of holes

Penina Championship Course

This stunning course has been the inspiration for many of the more modern courses within this popular golfing area. Some of the course’s main hazards include bunkers, trees and lakes which are designed to test the skill and accuracy of the most experienced player. Golfers will enjoy the large ample greens and vast tee areas as well as some first class facilities including changing rooms

The Old Course Vilamoura

As the name suggests this established 18 hole golf course is one of the oldest in the Algarve and has a gentle, rolling natural landscape to compliment the surrounding area. Lined with shady pine trees which offer protection from the sun, the Old Course is conveniently located in the heart of Vilamoura, the first few holes offer a gentle introduction to the game while strong, straight hitters will enjoy the 16th hole which provides a 522 metre stretch.

Monte Rei Golf Club

From the moment you arrive at the clubhouse you know it’s a bit special. The superb view gives you a quick taste of what’s to come. The lush green, exquisitely manicured fairways are bordered on both sides by wild scrubland. This gives the course some fantastic definition in places, complimented by the spectacular bunkers with bright white sand it’s fair to say this is a real test of golf which demands respect.

Vila Sol Golf Club

Host to the Portuguese open on two occasions you will need to be straight and position off the tee is all important here to score well. A variety of trees line the fairways and water has been cleverly positioned on a number of holes. General condition very good, excellent greens.

Vale da Pinta Golf Course

The Pinta Course is one of the best-designed courses in Europe. It is a Championship course, and is a challenge to golfers of all standards. The Pinta Course was 5 consecutive times host to the Seniors Tour. The fairways are Bermuda grass, while strategically positioned sand bunkers protect the greens, the two ornamental lakes influence play at four different holes around the course.
